Our Story

Founded in 2011 by Sarah Trubnick, what began as a restaurant featuring constantly-rotating celebrations of global wine culture has evolved into a fervent exploration of American viticulture. Our focus now shines on showcasing domestic wine regions not commonly seen. This truly unique wine collection features iconic producers and styles from emerging wine region both near and far.

As pioneers in the restaurant world of US-focused wine, we aim to push the envelope and guide guests through undiscovered stories told through the lens of incredible winemakers and our thoughtfully designed New American cuisine.
