Our rotating menus focuses on countries and geographical areas, changing every four months. Every new menu series is meticulously constructed. Executive Chef Manuel Hewitt creates menus highlighting the ingredients and flavors of the focus. Wine Director/Sommelier Sarah Trubnick delves into the wines of the focus, crafting extensive wine lists featuring over 60 wines by the glass, arranged into educational tasting flights for those who want to explore.
